Two remanded on charges of Theft in Kibaale

Kibaale grade one magistrate court presided over by his worship Emmanuel Niyokwizera has remanded a 22 year old man to Kibaale Government Prisons on charges of simple robbery.
The remanded is Jamil Ssebaka a resident of Kasonge village in Bubango Sub County, Kibaale District.
Prosecution told court that on 22nd last month, Ssebaka while in Kihoro village, Karama Sub County Kibaale District robbed John Kashangure Patrick of his money worth 200, 000 and also caused violence to Kashangure.
In dock, the accused denied the charges which prompted the magistrate to remand him to Kibaale Government Prisons till 1st next month when he will reappear before the same court for more hearing of his case.
The same Court has remanded Ronald Kiiza aged 20 resident Kagadi Town Council in Kagadi District on charges of theft.
Court heard that, on 23rd June last year while in Karuguuza Town in Kibaale Town Council Kibaale District, the accused stole a mobile phone Itel black worth 205,000 property of Andrew Kaahwa resident of Karuguuza Town.
In dock, the accused denied the charges and the magistrate also remanded him to Kibaale Government Prisons till 1st next month when he will reappear before the same court for more hearing of his case.
