Man arrested in connection to mob justice in Kibaale

Police in Kibaale has arrested a man identified as Amos Tulibantu a resident of Buhumuro Village in Kyakazihire Sub County Kibaale District on allegations of stoning to death a 56-year man accusing him of stealing his cock.
Ester Tumusiiime Adeke the DPC Kibaale says that early October, Tulibantu with others still at large caught John Birimumaiso a resident of the same area led handed with a stolen cock valued at 10,000sh, assaulted him heavily which resulted into his death.
DPC Adeke says that police has since been hunting for Amos and his accomplice accusing them of taking the law into their hands.
