Kibaale Grade One Magistrate Remands Two on Charges of Malicious Damage, Threatening Violence

Kibaale grade one magistrate court presided over by his worship Emmanuel Niyokwizeera has remanded Jackson Akampulira aged 40 a resident of Nyamugusa village in Kabasekende Sub County to Kibaale government prisons on charges malicious damage.
Prosecution told court that on 7th this month while at Nyamugusa village, the accused crossed to premises one Maria Mpazayabo a resident of the same area with intent to intimidate her.
In dock, Akampulira denied the charges and the the magistrate remanded him till 25 this month when he will appear before the same court for further hearing of his case.
The same court, remanded Umar Sserwadda aged 26 resident of Kitoma village in Kabasekende Sub County Kibaale District on charges of threatening violence till 25th this month.
Court heard that on 18th September 2021 at Nyamugura village in Bwamiramira Sub County Kibaale district he tried to injure Deziranta Nanteza of the same area.
In dock, Sserwadda denied the charges which prompted the magistrate to remand him accordingly in Kibaale government prisons.
